There doesn’t appear to be any red flags I can find apart from some recent insider sales and a recent shelf registration (I’ll come back to this in the next Avanir post). Avanir received an 'approvable letter', now known as a complete response letter (CRL), in 2006 for AVP-923 (formerly known as Zenvia).
